Her Legacy

The STELLA MAE JOHNSON Memorial Fund Award was established in January 2024 by her daughter, Edith Mae Bennett, to honor her life and legacy as a devoted single mother of six.

This award recognizes, celebrates, and encourages single mothers who, like Stella, lovingly and selflessly raise their children through life’s challenges. It is both a small financial blessing and a heartfelt reminder that their strength and sacrifice are seen and valued.
